Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

2.2 All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will refund your order if made.

2.3 Within our Product range we also manufacture Bespoke Jewellery, please see the ‘Bespoke Jewellery’ section below for the specific terms applicable to those items.

3. How the contract is formed between you and us

3.1 Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.

3.2 After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.  This does not mean that your order has been accepted.

3.3 We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation).  The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

3.4 If we are unable to supply you with a Product, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will refund your order. We may be able to offer a similar type of jewellery to the piece originally ordered but you will not be under any obligation to order any items we suggest.

4. Price of Products

4.2 Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with a Dispatch Confirmation.

4.3 The price of a Product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

4.4 Our site contains a large number of Products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

8.5 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined.  We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

9. Returns

9.1 As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 during the period set out below in clause 10.2. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund.

9.2 Your legal right to cancel a Contract starts from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, which is when the Contract between us is formed and ends 60 days after the day on which you receive the Product.

9.3 To cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel within the timeframe stated above. The easiest way to do this is to e-mail us at contact@london-victorian-ring.com. We will e-mail you to confirm we have received your cancellation. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.

9.4 Responsibility for the costs for the return of products will be payable by the customer. Items must be returned securely packed and insured during transit. For information about how to return a Product, please contact us by e-mail on contact@london-victorian-ring.com

9.5 If you cancel your Contract we will:

9.5.1 refund you the price you paid for the Products. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

9.5.2 we will make any refunds due to you within 14 days or as soon as possible on the same payment card used for purchase.

9.6 If the Product you ordered has a GIA certificate you must ensure that the certificate is returned with the Product. Failure to return the GIA Certificate will incur a charge of £120 and we reserve the right to deduct this sum from any amount due to you.

9.7 Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract under these regulations is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. This cancellation right does not apply in the case of Bespoke and Custom Made Pieces.

10. Bespoke and Custom made pieces

10.1 Please note that if you are ordering Bespoke Jewellery and a term in this section conflicts with any other provision in these Terms, then the terms in this section apply.

10.2 Bespoke and Custom Jewellery are pieces made to your specifications. These include engraved wedding rings, full eternity rings, patterned men's wedding rings, personalised engraving, bespoke jewellery designs and changes to an existing design.

10.3 Bespoke Jewellery can take between one to four weeks to make depending on the setting, gemstone requirements and complexity of the design.

10.4 Once we have received the deposit from you a Contract will have formed.

10.5 Our Bespoke and Custom Jewellery pieces are not covered by our 60 day ‘no quibble’ policy. If for any reason you wish to cancel an order for Bespoke Jewellery you should contact us immediately, we may be able to cancel your order and charge cost price, but this will not be appropriate in all circumstances and you may still be charged the full price.  Certain items may be returnable but this will be assessed on a case by case basis and at our absolute discretion.

10.6 Please note that the consumer right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (as referred to in detail in the ‘Your Right of Return and Refund’ section above) does not apply to Bespoke and Custom Jewellery.

10.7 Please note that our warranty will apply to our Bespoke and Custom Jewellery unless the specifications required by you are such that we feel we would not be able to give the warranty. We will advise you throughout the design process if any of your specifications will mean you will not receive the warranty in respect of the item in question and will suggest alternative designs where possible. If you wish to proceed without the warranty we will require confirmation of your wishes in writing.

11. Resizing and Repairs

11.1 We offer one free resizing for most rings within one year after purchase.* If you do not know the ring size required, please select the ‘I don’t know’ option. Your ring will be made in an average size. Please contact us either by telephone or email to arrange a resize.

*Hand engraved wedding rings are bespoke designs made especially for the ring size selected. Depending on the complexity of the design, it is not always possible to re-size hand engraved wedding rings. Should a resize be necessary, please contact us to discuss the options for your ring. Patterned men's wedding rings are bespoke designs and will incur a charge for resizing depending on the complexity of the design. Full eternity rings cannot be resized as they made for the ring size specified. Please contact for ring sizing advice prior to ordering bespoke designs.

11.2 We are here to help you in the event of any accidental damage that affects any jewellery purchased from us.
