UK Delivery

We offer complimentary next-day delivery within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 pm, which is a fully insured and signed-for service to ensure your jewellery arrives securely on your preferred delivery date. 

Jewellery is dispatched only after your confirmation, and your item will remain securely with us until further instructions are provided.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped via FedEx, with rates calculated at checkout.

Same-Day Collection

We offer a same-day collection for ready-to-wear pieces ensuring you can receive your jewellery at your convenience. 

To arrange a collection, please book an appointment or contact our team directly for existing order enquiries.

Returns

We want your jewellery to bring you a lifetime of joy. If you decide to return an item, we offer 60-days return policy for most online purchases.

Please note engraved wedding rings, full eternity rings, patterned men's wedding rings, two-tone wedding rings and bespoke jewellery are non-refundable. Bespoke items are made to the client's design and specifications and are not eligible for return.
